WELCOME
Our BAR is a hidden bar tucked away in a back alley in Tenmabashi, Osaka, which is crowded with offices. We also have seasonal fruit cocktails, specialty highballs made with whiskey blended in-store, and a wide variety of Old Scotch whiskeys distilled from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. Please feel free to come by.
WHISKY
The name "BAR CADBOLL"comes from the guest room at Glenmorangie Distillery in Scotland. As the name suggests, ``Kadohai'' is our standard blend of Glenmorangie and has become our standard high ball. By blending the standard 10-year-old morangie with a different barrel finish, it has a refreshing taste. We also have a large selection of rare items such as old bottles that we have collected over the years.
COCKTAIL
The owner, Soichi Hayashi, has been a bartender for 30 years. We have received awards and prizes in numerous cocktail competitions. There are many original cocktails such as the ``Kyoshu'' which won the Suntory Cocktail of the Year in 1999, and the ``London Witch'' which won the grand prize at the Beefeater International Competition in 2000 and won 3rd place at the world competition. At the 2004 NBA National Tournament (Kobe), "Suzukaze" won third place in the creative category. We can accommodate a variety of cocktail requests, from standard to original.
京秋 KYOSHU
A cocktail inspired by the autumn scenery of the ancient capital of Kyoto. The mountains, dyed red with autumn leaves, were reflected on the surface of the water, and a single autumn leaf fell onto the surface of the water. We have expressed this autumn scenery in a cocktail glass. Using green tea liqueur as a base for the whiskey ``Yamazaki'' made on the border of Kyoto, it combines the deep flavor of Yamazaki, the slightly astringent taste of matcha liqueur, and the fruity taste of apple liqueur to create an original taste. is producing. It's perfect for the season if you drink it in the fall, but you can enjoy it in any season.
